And he went from where he had come to the wilderness as far as Beth-el, as far as the place where his tent had been formerly, between Beth-el and between Ai.
And there was strife between the herdsmen of Abram’s cattle and between the herdsmen of Lot’s cattle; and the Canaanites and the Perizzites were then dwelling in the land.
Is not the whole land before you? Separate yourself from me. If you go to the left, I will go to the right; and if you go to the right, I will go to the left.
And Lot lifted up his eyes and saw all the region around the Jordan, that it was all being watered, before God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, like the garden of God and like the land of Egypt, as far as one comes to Zoar.
